Built with expertise, driven by a passion for Florida’s Emerald Coast.
Silver Lake Construction was founded by Landon Leon, a licensed general contractor with 20 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial construction. Based in Freeport, Florida, Silver Lake serves the Emerald Coast and 30A corridor, one of the most design-conscious and high-performing construction markets in the Southeast. What started as a commitment to doing things right has grown into a reputation for quality, transparency, and craftsmanship that clients trust project after project.
A Trusted Circle
Great homes are rarely built alone. Over the years, Silver Lake Construction has built strong working relationships with some of the area’s most trusted professionals, and we partner with architects, structural engineers, interior designers, and land surveyors who know this coastline as well as we do.
That familiarity matters. Building along the Emerald Coast comes with its own set of challenges: flood zones, wind load requirements, soil conditions, permitting that varies county to county. We partner with experienced architects, engineers, and designers, from civil engineers to landscape architects, project after project, so communication stays clear and problems get caught before they become delays. It’s one more way we protect your investment, and your timeline, starting from the very first blueprint.
Our Core Principles
Silver Lake was built on a simple principle, do it right the first time. From the first conversation to the final walkthrough, our clients experience clear communication, disciplined project management, and an unwavering commitment to quality. We believe the best-built projects come from a foundation of trust, transparency, and collaboration.
